We offer free shipping on all BeautyMelt products within the United States, with no minimum order! US orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days. Most orders include tracking. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Marketplace partner brands have different shipping options and rates, shown at checkout.

You're covered by our 30-day Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with an exchange or store credit — no fuss.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to follow your package. You can also log into your account on our site and view your order status under "Order History." If you don't see your tracking email, be sure to check your spam folder or contact us at our contact page and we'll help you out.

No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. US orders ship free with no minimum order and typically arrive within 6-10 business days. Marketplace partner brands also ship within the US only, with rates shown at checkout. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

BeautyMelt is an independent online retailer, not a manufacturer. We curate our catalog from vetted third-party suppliers and marketplace partners, and in many cases those partners ship your order directly to you on our behalf. That means an item may arrive in its original branded packaging, and an order with several items may arrive in more than one shipment. US delivery is still 6-10 business days, and BeautyMelt handles all customer service, returns, and support.
