Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love every product you order from BeautyMelt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, beauty tools, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are defective)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Request a Return
- Visit our Contact page and submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used personal care and skincare products (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
