Where We Ship

BeautyMelt ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states.

How We Fulfill Orders

BeautyMelt is a curated multi-brand marketplace. Products are fulfilled through a combination of our own inventory and brand partners. Because of this, orders containing products from multiple brands may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days ($8.00)
  • Express Shipping — 2–5 business days ($15.00)
  • Free Shipping — available on qualifying orders (conditions shown at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us via our Contact page.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.
